All vehicle data, VINs, and GVM ratings inputted into Right Weigh remain the property of the operator. We do not sell fleet data to insurance agencies or regulatory bodies.

2. API & VIN Processing

To provide accurate vehicle specifications, VIN numbers are processed via secure API endpoints. We store only the resulting technical specifications required for mass calculations.

3. Roadside Audits

When using the "Inspector QR Beam," only non-sensitive compliance data is transmitted. Biometric locks ensure that your personal messages and photos remain private during an inspection.

4. Storage

Data is stored in Australian-based servers (pennelli.com.au/massledger.com.au) to comply with local data sovereignty requirements.
